Design Day

This year's Design Day took inspiration from the RIBA's competition to design your own Cabanon. As we left the office the heaven's opened, but undeterred we walked to the Barbican, arriving a little wet and windswept, but still eager.

After a quick tour and the rest of the morning in the Le Corbusier exhibition, we occupied the lower floor of the Barbican and set to work on our designs. Half-time crits ensued and the final designs were transferred to the RIBA competition postcards. After a brief synopsis from each entrant and careful examination, Peter was voted the (in house) winner. All the postcards were then raced to the RIBA to be entered into the (real) competition.
